This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied domestic properties, carrying out day-to-day  upgrades and general maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of remedials on firedoors in domestic tenanted and void properties, and also communal areas in tower blocks across the City. Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties Complete necessary remedial works in line with company H&S Policies and ensuring they are compliant to regulations. Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits. Requirements: NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in any relevant trade Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs Strong communication and customer service skills Full UK Driving Licence Awareness of fire reg...
