This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied domestic properties, carrying out day-to-day upgrades and general maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Carry out a variety of remedials on firedoors in domestic tenanted and void properties, and also communal areas in tower blocks across the City.Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied propertiesComplete necessary remedial works in line with company HandS Policies and ensuring they are compliant to regulations.Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits.Requirements:NVQ or City and Guilds L2 in any relevant tradePrevious experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairsStrong communication and customer service skillsFull UK Driving LicenceAwareness of fire regulation within carpentry and fire doorsWhat s in it for you?Weekly ...
