The initial project will be based in London, with further works available across surrounding areas. The successful candidate will collect doors and materials from a storage facility located close to the initial project. Initially contract will be located around the West London region with future workload throughout London. Key Responsibilities: Installing and replacing fire doors within social housing properties. Collecting doors and materials from the local storage facility. Carrying out associated passive fire protection and firestopping works when required, including filling cavity barriers and other remedial works. Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with relevant fire safety requirements. Travelling between sites as required. Essential Requirements: Previous social housing experience Previous experience installing fire doors. Full UK Driving Licence NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery Asbestos Awareness.
