You''ll inspect, test, and report on everything from seals and closers to compliance documentation, helping clients stay ahead of regulations and risks.Your Day-to-Day Might Include:Visiting sites to inspect demised and communal fire doorsSpotting defects and recommending fixes before they become problemsWriting clear, photo-backed reports that help clients take actionCollaborating with maintenance teams to get repairs done rightKeeping accurate records for audits and complianceStaying sharp on the latest fire safety legislationSharing your knowledge with staff and stakeholdersWhat You''ll BringYou will be a certified Fire Door Inspector (BM TRADA, IFSM Level 4, or equivalent)A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleSolid understanding of UK fire safety legislation and building regsExperience inspecting fire doors in residential settingsConfidence using inspection tools and reporting softwareStrong communication skills and a keen eye for detailAbility to manage your own schedule and work independentlyBonus Points If You Also Have:A ..... full job details .....
