Fire Door and Passive Fire Protection Engineer Peterborough 35,000 - 50,000 Jenson Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Door and Passive Fire Protection Engineer to join a growing specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in fire door inspections and installations, passive fire protection and remedial works, looking to develop their career within a well-established organisation. The Role: Install, maintain, and repair fire doors in line with current regulations and third-party certification requirements. Carry out fire stopping and compartmentation works, ensuring compliance with fire safety standards. Conduct fire door and passive fire surveys, identifying defects, non-compliances, and required remedial actions. Identify defects and recommend appropriate remedial solutions Complete detailed reports and documentation Ensure all works comply with relevant British Standards and industry regulations Liaise with clients, contractors and other site personnel Travel to various commercial and residential sites as required The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience within fire doors and/or passive fire protection Good understanding of relevant fire safety standards and legislation Practical, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail Able to complete accurate reports and documentation Excellent communication and customer service skills Full UK driving licence Relevant fire door/passive fire qualifications ..... full job details .....
