Compliance Leadership

Ensure full compliance with UK fire safety regulations, particularly BS 5839 standards.Lead internal audits and quality assurance across fire alarm proposals, installations, servicing, and maintenance.Implement and monitor compliance frameworks aligned with FIA guidance and BAFE requirements.Training and Support

Deliver training to sales, design, and engineering teams on fire safety standards and compliance procedures.Provide technical support and mentoring to field engineers and project teams.Process Improvement

Act as the primary contact for compliance-related queries from clients and regulatory bodies.Identify and implement process improvements using Six Sigma methodologies.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety awareness.What We’re Looking For:

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Full UK driving licence.Previous experience in a fire compliance or fire detection design role.Strong working knowledge of BS 5839, FIA standards, and BAFE schemes.Experience in fire alarm system installation and commissioning.Excellent communication and training delivery skills.Proven ability to manage change and influence stakeholders at all levels.Preferred Skills

Prior experience in a Fire Compliance leadership role.Familiarity with security systems alongside fire systems.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Power Automate.Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.Commercial awareness and ability to support business ..... full job details .....
