Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of fire and smoke damper systems and units. Perform routine maintenance, testing, and repairs on dampers and control panels. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in damper systems and related equipment. Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Ensure all work complies with local fire safety regulations, standards, and company policies. Provide recommendations for system upgrades or replacements as needed.
