The role will involve a mix of fire damper testing, remedial works, kitchen extract cleaning and ventilation hygiene, working predominantly in two-man teams across a varied commercial client base. Candidates do not need to be experienced across every area, provided they have a strong background in either fire dampers or air hygiene and are willing to develop across the wider role. Requirements Experience within fire damper testing, air hygiene, TR19 cleaning or ventilation maintenance Fire damper remedial experience highly desirable, including damper replacement, ductwork alterations/replacement and actuator replacement Knowledge of BESA TR19 standards preferred Kitchen extract or ventilation cleaning experience advantageous Practical mechanical ability and confidence working with ductwork and ventilation systems Computer literate and comfortable completing reports Full UK Driving Licence BESA-accredited training advantageous Strong work ethic and willingness to work across both fir...
