Our client is seeking an experienced Fire Consultant to support a wide range of fire safety consultancy services across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically competent professional who enjoys both site-based and consultancy work. The Role As a Fire Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting a range of fire safety services, including: Assisting with and undertaking Fire Risk Assessments. Carrying out compartmentation surveys and inspections. Fire door inspections and compliance reporting. Retrospective fire strategy reviews and development of fire strategy documentation. Providing practical fire safety advice to clients and project teams. Producing high-quality technical reports and recommendations. Liaising with contractors, building owners, and duty holders to ensure compliance with current fire safety legislation and guidance.
