A practical, site‑focused Fire Commissioning Engineer role working on commercial fire‑alarm projects across South London.
🔥 The Role
You’ll take the lead on fire system commissioning—testing, programming, fault‑finding, and signing off systems to BS 5839.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Running full system tests and cause‑and‑effect checks
Producing clear commissioning documentation and handover notes
Working with project teams to resolve technical issues
Making sure every system meets compliance and quality standards
🎯 What You’ll Need
Strong commissioning background with major fire platforms (Advanced, Kentec, Gent, Notifier)
Confident fault‑finder with solid BS 5839 knowledge
Comfortable working independently across active construction sites
