Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekHome-based with travel involvedWorking out of the Warrington officeDeliver engaging and high-impact training in Fire and Security disciplines across:Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (Design, Installation, Commissioning, and Maintenance)CCTV / Video Surveillance SystemsIntruder and Hold-Up AlarmsAccess ControlDevelop and tailor training programmes and materials for face-to-face, remote, and blended deliveryContribute to Skills On-Demand LMS and e-learning resourcesHelp audit and maintain training content to ensure industry compliance and quality standardsAssist with course accreditation, application processes for AO status, and the development of qualifications aligned with FireQual, EAL, and other frameworksThe Person

At least 3 years'' experience in Fire and Security engineering (essential)Live within a commutable distance to WalsallStrong knowledge of fire alarm systems and industry standardsA genuine interest in mentoring, teaching, or coaching othersExcellent communication and presentation skillsA collaborative approach with the confidence to work independently when requiredDesire to grow with a business that values innovation and continuous ..... full job details .....
