Role Overview As a Fire and Security Service Manager, you will take ownership of a small team of engineers, ensuring high standards of service delivery, technical quality, and customer satisfaction across high-end residential and commercial clients. This is a predominantly office-based role, focused on team leadership, client management, and technical oversight, with occasional site visits as required.
