We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation operating within the fire, security, and technology services sector. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer to join their engineering team. As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, testing, fault-finding, and repairing a range of fire and security systems across commercial and industrial sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive engineer who enjoys problem-solving and delivering high-quality customer service. This is a field-based role with the company headquarters located in Stockton-on-Tees. Travel will be required to customer sites across the North East. The Role As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. Fault finding, testing, and repair of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems. Completing service reports and maintenance documentation. Supporting minor upgrades, modifications, and remedial works. Providing professional customer support and technical advice whilst on site. About You Experience working on fire and security systems.
