We are representing a nationally recognised Fire & Security solutions provider, looking to hire an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer.

You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining fire and security systems across a variety of commercial sites in your local area, ensuring compliance, reliability, and excellent customer service.

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): £50,000 - £55,000

Responsibilities - Fire and Security Service Engineer

As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, your role will include:

• Servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, and Access Control systems
• Performing reactive callouts and fault diagnostics
• Planning and completing daily service visits in your assigned area
• Ensuring all work meets industry compliance standards
• Keeping accurate reports using the company CRM
• Managing van stock levels and working with logistics for restocking
• Attending team meetings and relevant technical training
• Identifying personal development opportunities and upskilling where needed

Requirements - Fire and Security Service Engineer

• Background in electrical or electronic engineering (or similar)
• Proven experience servicing fire and/or security systems
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred
• Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota
