The role ensures all systems operate efficiently, meet compliance standards, and provide effective security for customers. Key Responsibilities: Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault diagnosis, and repairs of electronic security systems. Respond to reactive maintenance calls (Breakdowns) Maintain accurate service records, reports, and equipment documentation. Provide technical support and training to end-users when required.
