Fire and Security Service Engineer - HertfordshireSalary: 35,000 - 43,000 basicA well-established and growing Fire and Security company is looking for a Fire and Security Service Engineer to join their team, covering Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.Around 90% of the work will be across Hertfordshire, making this a great opportunity for an engineer looking for a localised patch with minimal travel further afield.The role will involve servicing, maintenance, fault finding and small works across a range of fire and security systems. You don''t need to be experienced across every system, as training will be provided to help develop your knowledge and broaden your skill set.The RoleYou will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive service work across a range of commercial and other sites, ensuring systems are maintained and operating correctly.Your responsibilities will include:Servicing and maintaining fire and security systemsFault finding and diagnosing system issuesCarrying out remedial works and small installations where requiredWorking on systems including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access controlCompleting service reports and relevant site documentationLiaising with customers and site contacts in a professional mannerEnsuring all work is completed safely and to a high standardParticipating in an on-call rota of 1 week in every 8About YouThe ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Fire and Security industry and be confident ..... full job details .....
