About Our Customer

Our client is an accredited fire and security systems provider, well established with over 30 years in the industry. Due to growth, they''re adding a permanent Service Engineer to their team, covering North London and parts of Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. This suits a proactive engineer with a solid fire and security background who wants to build their earning potential through overtime and weekend work while developing their career.

Salary and Benefits – Fire and Security Service Engineer:

Key Responsibilities – Fire and Security Service Engineer:

• Keep accurate service records and prepare reports on system performance
• Provide first-line technical support, diagnosing and resolving client issues
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert advice and support
• Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of fire and security systems to industry standards
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and emergency call-outs

Skills and experience – Fire and Security Service Engineer:

• Good understanding of fire and/or security industry products and applications
• Valid UK driving licence and relevant trade cards such as ECS or IPAF/PASMA
• Strong communication skills, with awareness of current industry technology
• Certified in relevant fire and security systems with at least 2 years'' industry experience
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to work well under pressure
