FIRE and SECURITY SERVICE and SMALL WORKS ENGINEER

We are seeking a skiled Fire and Security Service and Smal Works Engineer to join our team. The role involves servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on fire alarm and security systems across a variety of client sites. You wil also carry out remedial works, system upgrades and minor modifications to ensure systems remain compliant and fuly operational. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Routine Service, maintenance and fault-finding of fire alarm and security systems across a range of client sites. Carry out remedial works, system upgrades, additions and minor modifications as required. Undertake smal works instalations, including extensions to existing systems and the instalation of smaler standalone fire and security systems. Ensure al systems serviced, repaired or insta led meet regulatory and company standards. Maintain accurate service records, including test results, certificates, as fitted drawings and system documentation. Work closely with the service team and engineers to deliver timely, effective maintenance and support solutions. Provide technical support and advice to clients, ensuring clear communication and a high standard of customer service. Details Door-to-door travel: currently around 30 minutes each way. Call-out: approximately 1 in 5 weeks. Call-out standby: 135 per week, with door-to-door travel paid at 1.5 times the normal rate.
