Compliance and Safety Standards: Enforce strict adherence to regulatory codes and health and safety requirements, including BS 5839 for fire alarms and site-specific risk assessments/RAMS. Commercial and Stakeholder Management: Control project budgets, track labor costs, manage subcontractor resources, and serve as the main point of contact for clients and main contractors.
