Role Overview As a Fire and Security Manager, you will take ownership of the technical and operational performance of the fire and security division. This is a hands-on management role, offering real influence over how the department operates, develops, and grows. You will act as the technical lead for the business, supporting engineers, improving quality standards, and working closely with both clients and internal teams.
