This is an ideal opportunity for an engineer with Fire & Security experience who wants to develop further within a stable, well-structured national contract. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned, reactive and statutory maintenance across Fire & Security systems in line with customer KPIs (response, repair, first-fix, closure). Complete all PPM tasks within agreed timescales, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures. Deliver maintenance and repairs on CCTV (IP & analogue) and Fire Alarm systems across supermarket sites. Respond promptly to Helpdesk service calls during normal working hours and participate in the on-call rota. Identify non-repairable faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
