This opportunity suits a technically minded professional who can assess customer requirements, interpret tender documents and develop commercially sound proposals. Roles/Responsibilities Review drawings, specifications, schedules and tender documents to establish project requirements. Carry out site surveys to assess existing systems, installation requirements and site conditions. Prepare detailed estimates covering equipment, labour, cabling, containment, commissioning and subcontractor costs. Develop system proposals and equipment schedules, drawing on technical specialists where required. Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations, identifying scope gaps, technical queries, risks and alternative solutions. Produce clear quotations and tender submissions, including assumptions, exclusions and scope of works.
