Responsibilites: Service and maintenance of fire alarm systems, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems. Fault finding and diagnosis across a variety of fire and security systems. Carrying out minor remedial works where required. Delivering excellent customer service on every site visit. Completing all relevant service documentation accurately. Requirements: Proven experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems (essential). Experience with intruder alarms, CCTV, access control and door entry systems. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
