Fire and Security Engineer

OverviewTieTalent is seeking a Fire and Security Engineer for the Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom area. The role covers BT postcodes and offers a basic salary of £32k-£37k, with a company van, overtime, holidays, and call-out allowances. The company is well-established in the Fire and Security industry, providing design, maintenance and installation of intruder systems, CCTV, and access control. The successful candidate will join the installation and service teams as part of a growing department.

Responsibilities

Contribute to design, maintenance and installation of intruder systems, CCTV, and access control.

Perform fault finding and on-site servicing of security systems.

Install and commission security systems and equipment.

Deliver high-quality customer service on-site and remotely as required.

Work independently and as part of a team to meet project and service targets.

Qualifications

Fire knowledge (advanced). Knowledge of kentech and morley would be useful.

Good knowledge of intruder alarms.

Excellent customer service skills.

CCTV IP knowledge is beneficial.

Fault finding experience.

Installation experience.

Ability to work by yourself and in a team.

Full UK driving license.
