The role offers a strong mix of independence and team collaboration, with opportunities for training, progression, and occasional UK and international travel.Key Responsibilities• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on: Fire alarm systems Intruder alarms CCTV systems (analogue and IP) Access control systems• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs across fire and security systems• Work independently on customer sites and occasionally as part of a team• Ensure all work is completed in line with industry standards and regulations• Accurately complete service reports and documentation using mobile devices• Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction• Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 10, after initial onboarding period)What They re Looking For• Minimum 3 years experience in the fire and/or security industry• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience across fire and security systems• Good understanding of CCTV, intruder alarms, and ..... full job details .....
