Fire And Security Engineer

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a fire and security solutions provider seeking an experienced Fire and Security Engineer to join the team, covering Manchester and the surrounding areas. This role suits a multi-disciplined engineer with a strong bias toward fire alarm systems and proven experience with CCTV and intruder alarms.Responsibilities

Service, maintenance and fault-finding of fire detection systems (conventional and addressable).Installation and repair of security systems, including CCTV and intruder alarms.Carrying out routine checks and responding to emergency call-outs.Ensuring systems are installed and maintained in line with industry regulations and company standards.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Ideal Candidate

Experience in the fire and security industry.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with fire alarm systems.Competent with CCTV (IP and analogue) and intruder alarm systems.Holds a full, clean UK driving licence.Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., FIA units, manufacturer training) are advantageous.Professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused.What’s on Offer
