Fire and Security Engineer - £32k-£40k

Fire and Security Engineer, Worcestershire, Wset Midlands includes overtime and additional benefits We are working with an established and growing fire and security business that is looking to strengthen its engineering team across Worcestershire. This is an opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys service and maintenance, takes pride in solving technical challenges and values building good relationships with customers. You will be joining a business that recognises the importance of its engineers and provides the structure, equipment and support needed to deliver a professional service. The role You will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance and repair of fire and electronic security systems across customer sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Planned servicing and maintenance of fire alarm and security systems. Diagnosing and resolving faults across CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systems. Carrying out repairs and smaller installation works. Responding to reactive call-outs. Providing technical support and advice to customers. Completing accurate service reports and technical documentation. Ensuring systems are maintained in line with relevant industry regulations and standards. Working closely with the wider service team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
