Fire Alarm Supervisor North London Hybrid Working Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience Overview Our client, a well-established specialist, is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Supervisor to oversee the delivery of installation, maintenance, and compliance programmes across a portfolio of residential properties, with a strong focus on social housing contracts. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong fire alarm professional who combines hands-on expertise with proven leadership experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing field-based engineers, maintaining industry compliance standards, supporting client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Key Duties Leadership and Team Development Provide day-to-day support, direction, and technical guidance to a team of fire alarm engineers. Promote a positive working environment focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Assist with recruitment activities, inductions, training plans, and employee development. Conduct performance reviews and address operational or personnel issues where required. Mentor engineers and support the development of junior staff. Technical Oversight and Compliance Supervise the installation, servicing, fault-finding, and upgrading of fire detection and alarm systems.
