Location of works: Oxford and sorrounding

Salary Bracket: Up to £45,000

On target earnings (OTE): Competitive + Overtime + Call Out

Salary and Benefits - Fire Alarm Service Engineer

Basic Salary: Up to £45,000
Overtime Available: Time and a Half
Travel Time Paid: After 30 Minutes Each Way
Annual Leave: 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Company Vehicle with Personal Use
Call Out: 11 Hours Rest When on Call
Standby Payment: £140 Per Week
Call Out Payment: £60 Per Job

Key Responsibilities – Fire Alarm Service Engineer

Service and maintain fire alarm systems (both addressable and conventional)
Service and maintain emergency lighting systems
Maintain fire extinguishers
Work safely and professionally within the domestic and social housing sector

Skills and experience – Fire Alarm Service Engineer:

Minimum of 3 years'' experience servicing and maintaining both conventional and addressable fire alarm systems
Experience working within the social housing sector preferred
FIA training/qualifications are desirable but not essential
Good understanding of BS5839-1 fire alarm standards
Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred)
