The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service and Small Works Engineer to join a well-established and growing fire and security business covering Reading, West London, and the surrounding areas. This is a field-based role responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and small works installation of fire alarm systems across a variety of commercial, healthcare, education, and public sector sites. The successful candidate will be joining a supportive team with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire safety solutions and excellent customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on fire alarm systems.Diagnose and rectify faults on a range of fire detection and alarm systems.Complete small works installations, modifications, and upgrades.Commission fire alarm systems where required.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant British Standards and company procedures.Produce accurate service reports and documentation.Provide technical advice and support to ..... full job details .....
