My client are a leading Fire Protection Business and are looking to recruit a Fire Alarm Sales Engineer servicing, maintaning and replacing-fire alarms. They are looking for someone to cover theYorkshire and surrounding areas
Role - Fire Alarm-Sales-Engineer
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: -28,000.00 per year plus bonus
Monday to Friday with OOH and weekend cover
A proven sales candidate who is interested in a more tecnical role with the opportunity to learn and develop
Responsibilities:
Perform service and maintenance on Fire Alarm and Emergency Lights
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure systems are functioning properly and in- - - - compliance with regulations
Troubleshoot and repair any issues with fire protection equipment
Install new fire protection systems as needed
Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
To be able to report system defects/problems accurately
To be able to work unsupervised for periods of time Complete Paperwork to a professional standard Organise own scheduling and replenishment van stock
Selling new products and replacing any faulty items during the service
Experience:
Previous experience within sales
Technical aptitude
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to work in various environments. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety.
