Fire Alarm Install / Commissioning EngineerLocation - Gloucester Salary - 36,000 - 40,000 DOE + overtime + company vehicle OTE - 60kFull-time Permanent We are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Installation and Commissioning Engineer to join our growing engineering team covering Leeds and surrounding areas.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation of fire alarm systems in commercial and industrial propertiesCommissioning and fault-finding on fire detection systemsTesting and inspection of fire alarm equipmentCompleting service reports and certification paperworkWorking independently and as part of a wider engineering teamEnsuring all work complies with current fire safety regulations and standardsExperience and RequirementsExperience installing and commissioning fire alarm systemsGood knowledge of conventional and addressable systemsFamiliar with manufacturers such as: GentAdvancedMorleyC-TecKentecUnderstanding of BS5839 standardsFull UK driving licenceECS/CSCS card preferredFIA qualifications beneficial but not essentialTravel RequirementsThe role will involve travel across the UK depending on project requirementsOccasional staying away from home will be requiredAll accommodation and travel expenses will be covered by the companyPackage and BenefitsBasic up to 40k depending on experienceCompany van and fuel cardAverage overtime paid while on holiday Overtime availablePension schemeOngoing training and manufacturer coursesCareer progression opportunitiesFire Alarm Install Engineer ..... full job details .....
