Due to continued growth and a newly secured long-term project, they are seeking a Fire Alarm Estimator / Designer to join their team. This role will be heavily focused on a major upcoming scheme, with involvement expected across the full project lifecycle of approximately three years. The successful candidate will take ownership of the design element, working closely with BIM partners on 3D modelling, coordinating with contractors and supporting the site team to ensure designs are delivered accurately and in line with project requirements. The position would suit someone with strong large-scale fire alarm project experience from a construction background, who is confident producing designs, reviewing technical information and supporting delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
