This is an independently owned company specializing in the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire and security systems. A position has become available for a Fire Commissioning Engineer in London and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning and testing fire alarm and life safety systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. Over the years, the company has expanded its services beyond fire alarms to include a comprehensive range of security solutions, so if the candidate works with security this would be a bonus but not essential. This company serves diverse clientele, including commercial offices, residential buildings, industrial complexes, cinemas and hotels. Key Responsibilities: Carry out the installation and commissioning of fire alarms and other life safety systems to a high standard, ensuring compliance with relevant BS regulations. Possess a strong understanding of installation processes and fire alarm regulations as outlined by BAFE. Have a solid knowledge of commissioning various fire alarm panels.
