The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and repair of fire alarm systems across a range of commercial, industrial and residential premises. You will work closely with customers, project managers and other engineers to ensure all systems are installed and maintained to a high standard and in accordance with relevant British Standards and industry requirements. Key Responsibilities Install, commission and maintain fire detection and alarm systems. Carry out planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing. Diagnose and repair system faults efficiently and safely. Undertake testing and commissioning of new and existing systems. Complete installation and maintenance works in accordance with BS 5839 and relevant legislation. Identify system defects and recommend appropriate remedial works.
