Fire Alarms and Emergency Lights Engineer– Reactive Fire (Daytime Role, minimal call out)
Location: Scotland
Basic Salary: £45,000 (depending on experience)
Benefits: Company van and fuel card (personal use allowed)
Hours: Flexible – 40 hours per week

We are seeking experienced Fire & Security Engineers to join a national company with over 800 staff and a strong client base across schools, hotels, pubs, and healthcare. This position is a reactive daytime role focused mainly on fire alarms and emergency lighting, with some small works included.

Fire Alarm Engineer Role Responsibilities
  • Service, reactive fault-finding and small works (primarily fire alarms and emergency lighting)
  • Deliver work to a high professional standard across premium client sites
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with safety standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience with fire alarms and emergency lighting (security system knowledge is an advantage)
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, with good communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
