FinTech Administrator £13.45 per hour, ongoing tempLeicester (LE4, Office based)37.5 hours per week (negotiable for the right candidate) My client is a market-leading FinTech business, due to continued growth and increased client demand they are looking to appoint a proactive and detail-focused administrator to support their internal operations team on a temporary basis. The role Updating and maintaining customer records on internal systemsWorking with CRM and digital documentsSupporting shared inboxes and internal admin tasksUploading and categorising documentsHelping the team meet agreed service level deadlinesResponding to email queriesSupporting the Admin and Customer Success teamsFlagging delays, issues or missing informationGeneral office administration The candidate Previous office administration experienceStrong attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skillsConfident using Microsoft Office and learning new systemsAble to work in a fast-paced environmentOrganised, proactive and reliable Why this role?
