Your new roleFinishing Supervisor required to support the delivery of internal finishing works on a high-quality residential scheme with a ground floor commercial unit on the outskirts of Cambridge. This role will suit someone with a strong fit-out or finishing background who is confident coordinating multiple internal trades, maintaining quality standards, and driving works through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all internal finishing works, ensuring activities are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. Manage and coordinate subcontractors across internal trades including drylining, decorating, flooring, carpentry, ceilings, kitchen installations, and final fit-out packages. Carry out regular quality inspections, snagging reviews, and compliance checks to ensure works meet drawings, specifications, and client expectations. Identify and resolve on-site issues affecting finishing trades, escalating where necessary to maintain programme and quality.
