Job Title: Finishing Site Manager Luxury Retirement Living Location: Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire Contract Type: Temporary/Contract Rate: £250 £320 per day Project Completion: March 2026Our client is delivering a high-end retirement living development in Henley-in-Arden and are seeking an experienced Finishing Site Manager to oversee the final stages of the project. This is a hands-on role, managing finishing works, snagging, and driving plot-by-plot handovers. You will hold contractors accountable, ensure the highest quality standards, and document progress.
