Finishing Operative

We''re currently recruiting for our next Finishing Operative, will this be you? We are based in Pershore and looking for a Finishing Operative to join our team for on-going work with the potential for a permanent position after successful trial period. Full training given but previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

This position is a seated workstation-based role under good lighting with dust extraction.

Duties:

• Manual finishing of ceramic cores
• Dexterous work, handling small fragile parts
• De-burring using tiny files
• Quality inspection

Pay and Shift:

• Monday to Friday

• -12.71/hr
• -19.07/hr after 37.5 hours
