Finishing Manager – Residential | North London | 

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a residential development project in North London, overseeing the internal fit-out and final stages of construction.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven individual with strong experience delivering high-quality residential units.

The Role

As Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all internal finishing works across multiple flats, ensuring units are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing internal fit-out works on residential units
• Managing trades including drylining, plasterboarding, and electrical works
• Ensuring all works meet quality standards and specifications
• Conducting regular snagging and QA inspections
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme targets are met
• Maintaining site records and progress reports
• Carrying out site inductions
• Enforcing health and safety procedures on site

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on residential projects
• Strong knowledge of internal trades and finishing processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)

• Weekend Work: Occasional Saturdays available
