About the Role
A Finishing Manager is required to oversee the completion of a mixed refurbishment and new build housing scheme in Bideford. Reporting to a visiting Project Manager, the role involves coordinating and mentoring trades on site to ensure high standards are met. This temporary contract, lasting over three months, offers a daily rate of £200 to £240 and commences later this month. Essential qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at work. Candidates must possess a strong eye for detail and previous experience at Assistant, Site, or Finishing Manager level, with thorough knowledge of finishing packages.

Providing lifecycle construction delivery solutions across a diverse project portfolio of quality projects, a successful local business is seeking a Finishing Manager to oversee the completion of a mixed refurb and new build housing scheme in North Devon.
Due for completion late summer, the finishes are well underway so we are in need of a diligent and methodical individual with a great eye for detail able to co-ordinate and mentor the trades on site whilst reporting into a visiting Project Manager.
SMSTS, CSCS and First aid at work will be essential for the role as is previous experience gained at Assistant/Site or Finishing Manager level and a sound knowledge of finishing packages.
Commencing later this month, this 3 month + contract offers CIS payment options and the potential for further opportunities.
