This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-focused professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and in line with client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all finishing works across refurbishment and new build elements of the project. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades and direct labour on site. Carry out quality inspections and ensure all works meet specification and client standards. Produce, manage and close out snagging lists using handheld devices and reporting software. Take photographic records of defects, progress and completed works. Monitor progress against programme and ensure deadlines are achieved.
