You will be stepping in to drive the final stages of plot handovers, working closely with trade subcontractors to ensure high-quality snagging and handover standards are met on schedule. Key Responsibilities Managing sub-contractors on plot finishings, paintwork, joinery, and final cosmetics. Carrying out detailed snagging lists and ensuring swift remediation of outstanding defects. Maintaining strict site health and safety standards. Conducting daily site inductions and toolbox talks if required. Working alongside the lead Site Manager to maintain project momentum for the week.
