Sub-contractor management, programme control and input, Q/A , coordination of trades in an industrial/ commercial construction arena circa -20mill. Report issues to the Fit out PM. Support the fit out PM as a presence on site. No office work required Extensive experience in managing fit out sub contractors and coordinating with M&P trades & Manager. Able to hit the ground running and take control of the programme, quality and H&S at site level.
