The successful candidate will be responsible for managing apartments through the final stages of construction, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard through to snagging and handover. Key Responsibilities Manage internal finishing trades from second fix through to completion. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to programme. Manage multiple apartments at different stages of completion. Carry out quality inspections, snagging and de-snagging. Drive defect close-out and prepare units for client/customer handover. Coordinate finishing works with MEP and other packages. Monitor labour, progress and short-term programmes. Review drawings and resolve design/site issues. Maintain protection and quality of completed works. Ensure high standards of health & safety and site housekeeping.
