Finishing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Finishing Manager to oversee the final stages of a residential development comprising 34 units, including accessible (ADA) and retirement housing. The role will focus on ensuring high-quality finishes, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage and drive snagging and finishing works to completion. Coordinate subcontractors and trades to achieve programme targets. Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and building regulations. Oversee HandS practices on site. Liaise with client, site team, and inspectors to ensure a smooth handover process. Monitor and report on progress against deadlines. Requirements: Proven track record as a Finishing Manager on residential developments. Strong eye for detail and quality control. Experience with retirement and/or accessible housing desirable.
