The project comprises 200+ residential units. This is initially a contract position, with the potential to become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The Role We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager with a proven track record of working on high-rise residential schemes. You will be responsible for managing the finishing stages of the project, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on programme and in line with the required quality standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on high-rise residential projects. Valid and in-date CSCS. SMSTS. First Aid at Work. Strong knowledge of finishing trades, quality control and snagging. Excellent communication and management skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and drive the project through to completion.
