Finishing Manager

On behalf of our flagship client we are looking for a Finishing Manager to assist on a new build housing site in Penzance You will be responsible for snagging new build houses to get ready for completion and overseeing some sub-contract trades on the site. A hands-on approach is essential as you may be required to assist with some snagging duties. SSSTS or SMSTS is required, as well as CSCS and first aid Ideally, you will have a trades background and will be willing to assist on the tools where needed to get the job done.
