I''m currently working with a key client of mine, a tier 1 residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager on their major RC frame residential scheme based in South London.Responsibilities
Oversee a block of 30 apartment units from 2nd fix stage through to handover.Deal with subcontractors on site, manage health and safety on site, and report into the Project Manager.Qualifications and Experience
Experience working for residential main contractors/developers.Experience delivering units to a timely and high standard.Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates. The role currently is until May 2026.Location and Details
